By placing an order with Table Tales, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Orders & payment
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Once confirmed, orders are considered final and subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
2. Floral Availability & Substitutions
Our arrangements are made with fresh, seasonal flowers. Due to natural and seasonal availability, specific flowers, colors, sizes, or materials may vary. Table Tales reserves the right to substitute unavailable blooms with flowers of comparable quality, value, and overall aesthetic. Product photos are for reference, and each arrangement will have its own natural variations.
3. Freshness & Care
Fresh flowers are perishable and require proper care. Their lifespan may vary depending on temperature, handling, and environment. Table Tales is not responsible for deterioration or damage resulting from improper care, exposure to heat or direct sunlight, or handling after receipt.
4. Delivery
Deliveries are fulfilled through third-party couriers. While we coordinate dispatch based on the requested delivery schedule, exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, courier availability, building restrictions, and other circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information and ensuring that the recipient or an authorized representative is available to receive the order.
5. Courier & Pick-Up
Customers arranging their own courier or pick-up are responsible for ensuring that an appropriate vehicle is used. An air-conditioned car or van is strongly recommended for floral arrangements. Table Tales cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from inappropriate transportation or courier handling after the arrangement has been released in good condition.
7. Product Concerns
Any concern regarding an order must be reported within two (2) hours of receipt through Instagram Direct Message, together with clear, time-stamped photographs of the arrangement and packaging. If an issue is determined to have resulted from an error on the part of Table Tales, we will provide an appropriate resolution at our discretion.
8. Unforeseen Circumstances
Table Tales shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or inability to fulfill an order caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, traffic disruptions, government restrictions, accidents, strikes, or other unforeseen events. Where reasonably possible, we will work with the customer toward an appropriate alternative.
9. Pricing & Availability
Product prices, delivery fees, flower varieties, and availability may change without prior notice due to seasonal availability, supplier pricing, and market conditions. Confirmed and fully paid orders will be honored at the agreed price.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By completing an order through our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and our Return & Refund Policy. Table Tales reserves the right to amend these terms when necessary, with the latest version published on our website applying to future orders.
